Iphone 5 vs Iphone 4

So , as you all know, the iphone 5 has been released and just like the other iphones, this one had quite some changes comparing to its previous model. first of all, it has the iOS 6.

Until now i haven't quite searched through the whole iphone with thw iOS 6 , but until know, i've noticed that some bugs were fixed, the colors of some of the menus were changes, like the music and the playlist, the camera has also been changed and this time it finally has the Panorama option, which is a GREAT feature from my point of view.

Now, the iphone 5 itself, the main changes are the software, but previous the iphone 4 is also compatible with it... and the famous extra row of apps ! This made the iphone a little bigger than the previous version, although it is also a bit thinner. Tcamera is placed around the same area, but there has been added a metal part to the back, which makes it look more sofisticated, i believe. The last change is in the front camera, becaise now it isn't placed on the side of the speakerphone anymore, it is placed on top of it ! Great iphone! Apple is always spot on!

Not everyone is ok with having such an oversized phone... But, from my point of view, this isn't just another random smartphone... It's a tablet mixed with a phone, for you to enjoy not only the communications but also   office work and entertainment.
This android smartphone has an 8 mp camera with flash led and full HD video recording (another great feature).
In my opinion, the size is actually pretty great.. Sometimes it might not be the most pratical mobile, but the main idea is for it to look like a tablet (and also work like one) but also to have mobile communications, so everyone should take that into consideration, because it truly is a great phone.
I was really impressed with the screen of this android... It has a great touch screen, because of all the amazing drawings people make with it, and also the quality of the screen ( It's a Super HD Amoled screen).
This is my all time favourite phone! I mean , don't get me wrong, I love my Xperia Ray , but if some one gave me this phone I would cherish it for life!
If you likehaving everything in one package this phone was really mean't for you. The battery is also a great aspect of this phone, just like a tablet!

I've recently started searching for good digital cameras... I've found many cameras that have a great sensor like 18 megapixels or even more... But what I was trying to find was a  camera that could both take good pictures and film in Full HD at the same time... The GoPro Hero2 has an 11 megapixel sensor, which makes it a great example, although it is more made for filming rather than to take pictures, in my opinion... 

So, after watching some videos and searching a little I came to find that Canon has made quite a few very good digital cameras for this matter... The IXUS collection!

I'm very pleased to tell you that all these cameras film in a Full HD                                                                                      quality and that the results are very surprising for cameras this size. Although I haven't seen much footage about the picture quality I've seen some of it and it seems like Canon is really improving there digital cameras ! I mean, the quality is brilliant for cameras this small ... 

Here in Portugal they only sell 5 IXUS cameras, but I've heard that there are more versions in the USA, or maybe somewhere else, but you can get different models online of course.

Well, here we have 5 models:

- Canon IXUS 125 HS (16.1 mp)

- Canon IXUS 230 HS (12.1 mp)
- Canon IXUS 240 HS (16.1 mp, touchscreen)
- Canon IXUS 500 HS (10.1 mp)

NOKIA LUMIA 920

NOKIA LUMIA 920's RELEASE

So you all know how much I like Lumias... And I'm so excited that the new nokia Lumia 920 has been released.
Photography nowadays is pretty important in a smartphone, so I was really happy when I heard that the cameras was actually a Pureview camera with 8.7 megapixels and 1080p HD video - GREAT
This new windows phone was also the first one to have te Windows 8 Software! I haven't tried it yet but I can tell by the images it is pretty great.
The main improvement from my point of view was the built-in storage... This time nokia put 32 GB in this phone, so the space isn't a problem anymore for the windows phones, unless you really like to fill your phone       up...
The battery was also improved, but it was already pretty great...

Yesterday I made post about HD video ... And a put up a sample I shot myself , but I forgot to put the camera in the HD mode. So , here's one I shot today ! This time I think it looks much better ! Still filmed with my Sony Ericsson Xperia Ray.

This is my first ever random post, so go easy on me. So, lately I've been into photography and video, as you can tell by reading my blog, and I've noticed that two years ago, to make a good video with good quality you'd need a very expensive camera... Mobile phones shot videos in a really crappy quality (VGA) and even nowadays some still do...

But today, everything has changed! Videoclips are made with mobile cameras ! Digital cameras film in Full HD, and not the expensive kind... Reflex cameras are still winning in video quality and color, but mobile and digital cameras aren't as far behind as they were... This is why I love technology and why I think the world in always evolving !

P.S: I made the video above with my Xperia Ray in the VGA mode... I forgot to put it in HD (720p) lol, but the video quality was reduced when I put it here , sorry!

They have both grown so much through out the years and they are both great products... The graphics, the possibilities and the games have changed. These products have revolutionized the gaming industry these days and people all over have enjoyed having them, including me.
